Job Summary
Required Qualifications
Approximately 8+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong, recent, hands-on production experience with Angular 18+ .
Demonstrated production experience with standalone components, Signals, RxJS, reactive forms, routing, guards, interceptors, lazy loading, and testing.
Advanced TypeScript skills beyond basic interfaces and annotations.
Strong semantic HTML, CSS3, SCSS, Flexbox, Grid, responsive design, and cross-browser experience.
Direct experience building or materially maintaining a shared component library or design system used by multiple applications or teams.
Practical experience with design tokens, CSS custom properties, theming, component documentation, versioning, and backward compatibility.
Practical accessibility experience, including keyboard, focus, forms, and screen-reader behavior.
Experience integrating Angular with REST APIs and troubleshooting cross-layer issues.
Working knowledge of C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core.
Hands-on Azure DevOps and CI/CD experience.
Strong communication, technical judgment, and independent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design and implementation of software projects using react, angular, and java.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
3. Architect and develop robust and scalable software applications utilizing react, angular, and java frameworks.
4. Ensure code quality, performance, and security of developed applications.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and methodologies.
6. Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend enhancements and modifications.
Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in react.js, angular, and java programming languages.
2. Strong experience in designing and implementing frontend and backend solutions.
3. Solid understanding of software development best practices and principles.
