Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Python Intern to join our engineering team. You will write clean code, support backend development, troubleshoot software bugs, and collaborate on live projects. This role offers hands-on experience with modern development workflows and mentorship from senior engineers.

Degree: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related STEM field.
Academic Standing: Strong foundational understanding of core data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. [1, 2]

Technical Skills

Core Language: Solid grasp of Python 3 syntax, built-in data types, and standard libraries.
Programming Concepts: Clear understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Web Frameworks: Basic exposure to Python web frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Databases: Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and basic SQL querying.
Version Control: Familiarity with Git workflows, committing code, and managing branches on GitHub or GitLab.
Development Environments: Experience using code editors or IDEs like VS Code or PyCharm.

Soft Skills & Competencies

Problem-Solving: Logical thinking mindset to isolate and debug code issues systematically.
Communication: Clear verbal and written skills to discuss technical problems and document code.

Detailed Responsibilities
