Job DescriptionRole

The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and day-to-day operational support to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with team members, maintaining records, managing routine office activities, and assisting management with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily office administrative activities and routine coordination.
Maintain and organize physical and digital documents, files, and records.
Handle data entry, documentation, printing, scanning, and filing work.
Prepare basic reports, letters, invoices, and office correspondence.
Coordinate with employees, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders as required.
Manage incoming and outgoing emails, calls, and office communication.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate their purchase when required.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal activities.
Support HR and management with basic administrative and employee-related tasks.
Maintain attendance and other routine office records.
Assist in preparing and organizing documents for business and compliance requirements.
Coordinate courier, dispatch, and other office-related services.
Ensure the office environment and administrative processes remain organized.
Perform other general administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements & Skills

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of email and internet-based office tools.
Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
Prior office/admin experience is an advantage, but freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
