Full job description

SA Smart Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategy and execution for our clients.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing multiple client accounts, developing performance-driven strategies, managing paid campaigns, guiding the creative team, and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for multiple clients.
Create monthly and quarterly marketing plans.
Identify opportunities for lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives and target audiences.
Conduct competitor and market analysis.

2. Performance Marketing

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Develop lead generation, conversion, remarketing, and brand awareness campaigns.
Manage campaign budgets and optimize cost per lead/acquisition.
Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
Develop strategies to improve campaign profitability.

3. SEO & Local SEO

Develop and supervise comprehensive SEO strategies.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Monitor technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
Manage Local SEO and Google Business Profiles.
Track organic traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions.
Coordinate with developers and content teams for SEO implementation.

4. Social Media Management

Develop social media strategies for client brands.
Plan monthly content calendars.
Guide content creation for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Review and approve social media creatives, reels, videos, and captions.
Analyse engagement and audience growth.

5. Client Strategy & Account Management

Act as a senior strategic point of contact for clients.
Understand client business objectives, target market, and sales process.
Conduct regular client strategy meetings.
Present campaign performance and growth opportunities.
Build strong long-term client relationships.
Handle escalations and resolve campaign-related issues.

6. Team Leadership

Lead and mentor Digital Marketing Executives and Specialists.
Coordinate with:
Graphic Designers
Video Editors
Content Writers
SEO Executives
Performance Marketing Executives
Web Developers
Allocate tasks and establish priorities.
Review deliverables and maintain quality standards.
Train junior team members in digital marketing best practices.

7. Analytics & Business Intelligence

Use GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting platforms.
Analyse campaign and website data.
Identify trends and growth opportunities.
Prepare detailed monthly performance reports.
Convert data into actionable marketing recommendations.

8. Business Development Support

Participate in client pitches and presentations.
Prepare digital marketing strategies and proposals.
Support the sales team during client acquisition.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional digital services.
Contribute to the company's own marketing and lead-generation activities.

Required Skills

Essential:

4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Strong Meta Ads expertise.
Strong Google Ads expertise.
SEO and Local SEO knowledge.
Social media strategy.
Google Analytics 4.
Google Search Console.
Conversion tracking and analytics.
Lead generation strategy.
Client account management.
Team leadership.
Strong presentation and communication skills.

Preferred:

Google Ads Certification.
Meta Blueprint Certification.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation.
Landing page optimization.
Email marketing.
WordPress.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Experience with B2B and B2C campaigns.
