Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust web applications using cutting-edge technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Technical Documentation:
- Create and update technical and user documentation for applications and processes.
- Collaboration & Consultation:
- Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to peers and stakeholders.
- Technical Planning & Architecture:
- Participate in technical planning, architectural discussions, and solution design.
- Code Quality & Reviews:
- Engage in peer code reviews and embrace agile development practices.
- Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated with the latest web technologies, tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Mentorship & Leadership:
- Act as a resource for colleagues and assist in onboarding or guiding new team members.
Qualifications & Skills
- Educational Background:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Database:
- Experience with SQL databases (preferably MySQL); familiarity with NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) is a plus.
- Back-End Development:
- Proficiency in PHP and hands-on experience with a PHP framework (preferably Laravel).
- Front-End Development:
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (such as Angular.js, React, Vue.js, or jQuery).
- Web Technologies:
- Strong understanding of AJAX, HTML, CSS, and web services.
- Additional Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with server deployment, Linux-based systems, and version control (Git).
- Exposure to DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines) or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is advantageous.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
