As we expand our client portfolio, we are looking for a driven Business Development professional who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients requiring recruitment and staffing services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Relationship Management
- Establish strong relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, founders, and decision-makers.
- Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable recruitment solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service pitches.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term account retention.
Proposal & Contract Management
- Prepare customized proposals, service agreements, and pricing structures.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure smooth delivery of client requirements.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities for expanding services into new sectors and markets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
Collaboration
- Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure successful candidate placements.
- Participate in strategy discussions to improve client acquisition and retention processes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New client acquisition per month/quarter.
- Revenue generated from new and existing clients.
- Number of qualified meetings and proposals submitted.
- Conversion rate from lead to client.
- Client retention and repeat business.
- Recruitment mandates secured.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Recruitment Consulting.
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, executive search, or HR services is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
