Full-Time Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager Needed for Exciting Alcoholic Beer Startup!

About Us:
We're a Gurugram-based startup crafting premium alcoholic beer. As we continue our journey of PAN India expansion, join us in building a bold brand in India's craft beer scene!

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Time Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to take ownership of our visual identity and digital presence. In this role, you will be the creative engine behind our brand, managing everything from daily social media engagement and PR initiatives to editing our podcasts and designing impactful offline marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media & PR Management: Curate, schedule, and manage engaging posts across all social media platforms to build brand awareness in our new expansion territories.
Digital Content & Podcast Editing: Edit and produce high-quality audio and video content for our podcasts, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
Marketing Collateral Design: Design eye-catching creatives for barware, hoardings, tent cards, and other promotional materials.
Brand Guardianship: Ensure all designs strictly adhere to our brand guidelines. You will be responsible for ensuring our brand logo is always the primary visual identifier in marketing designs, replacing standard text where applicable.
Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with our Gurugram-based leadership team to align your creative outputs with our broader business milestones and territorial expansion goals.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Social Media Manager, or in a similar dual role.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work, ideally with experience in consumer goods, lifestyle, or beverage sectors.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Demonstrated experience with audio and video editing software for podcast and digital media production.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, current digital trends, and PR basics.
Excellent time-management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
