Full job description

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and seasoned Project MIS (Management Information Systems) professional to manage and streamline our data operations, project tracking, and documentation processes. This role demands an expert in data management who can ensure accuracy, maintain seamless reporting pipelines, and support the project team with robust administrative and analytical backing. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer proficiency, excellent typing speeds, and a proven track record in data entry and registry management.

Core Responsibilities

Team Reporting & Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for gathering, consolidating, and verifying daily progress reports from various field teams and project coordinators.
Data Management & Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain project-related data, employee records, and operational metrics into the central MIS database.
Report Generation: Create daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports, tracking sheets, and data summaries using MS Excel to assist management in decision-making.
Documentation & Formatting: Prepare, format, and edit official project documents, letters, and meeting minutes with high proficiency in MS Word.
Bilingual Data Processing: Handle data entry, documentation, and communication tasks efficiently in both English and Hindi.
Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of the database to identify and rectify errors, ensuring the highest level of data integrity and confidentiality.
Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with internal execution and operations teams to streamline reporting timelines and proactively resolve data discrepancies.

Skills and Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, MIS Executive, or in a similar data-heavy administrative role with experience in team data consolidation.
Technical Proficiency: Expert hands-on knowledge of MS Excel (including formulas, data sorting, and formatting), MS Word, and general computer applications.
Typing Speed & Accuracy: Excellent typing proficiency and speed in both Hindi and English, ensuring rapid and error-free data logging.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data without compromising accuracy.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal team members and follow up on pending team reports.
