About the Role
Xtecglobal is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer – Team Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, React Native, PHP, and Python, along with proven experience in leading development teams and delivering high-quality web and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of web and mobile applications.
- Manage project execution from planning to deployment.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Review code, maintain coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
- Mentor team members and support their technical growth.
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- 6–8 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and React Native.
- Proficiency in PHP and Python.
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Good understanding of databases, version control systems, and deployment processes.
- Experience working on live production projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and coordinate a development team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-powered development tools and productivity platforms.
