What will you do?

We are seeking an experienced CAD Engineer to join our engineering team. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), handle complex technical challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting product development, testing phases, and ensuring adherence to design, cybersecurity, and safety standards.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CAD tools, processes, and best practices.
Lead complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis related to design, modeling, and system integration challenges.
Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to support ALPHA and BETA testing phases.
Drive continuous improvement in CAD workflows, support processes, and system performance.
Manage and resolve technical escalations, providing advanced-level support and guidance.
Mentor and coach junior engineers and team members, fostering knowledge sharing and capability building.
Ensure all designs and activities comply with cybersecurity, quality, and safety standards.
Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, standards, and guidelines.
Participate in design reviews and provide expert recommendations to enhance product quality and reliability.

What we look for?

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 6 years of experience in CAD engineering or related technical roles.
Strong proficiency in industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, Creo, etc.).
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting complex engineering/design issues.
Experience working in product development environments, including testing phases (Alpha/Beta).
Knowledge of cybersecurity, safety standards, and compliance requirements in engineering systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
