Equipment Operations: Set up, calibrate, and operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine preventative maintenance, inspect tools for wear and tear, and resolve minor equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Quality Control: Inspect, test, and measure finished goods or raw materials to ensure they meet exact performance and safety standards.
Documentation: Record production data, maintain accurate daily logbooks, and prepare operational reports.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Cross-Functional Support: Assist engineers and supervisors by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting continuous improvement methods.
