Job Summary
A Full Stack Developer Trainer is responsible for teaching and mentoring students, trainees, or professionals in front-end and back-end web development technologies. The trainer designs course materials, conducts training sessions, provides hands-on coding exercises, and helps learners develop practical full-stack development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on full-stack web development technologies.
- Teach front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Teach back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Java, Python, PHP, or .NET.
- Train learners on database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and others.
- Create and update training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Conduct coding workshops, practical sessions, and project reviews.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide learners in building real-world applications and portfolio projects.
- Assist students with interview preparation and career guidance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services.
- Proficiency in databases and database design.
- Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience preferred.
- Relevant certifications in web development or training are advantageous.
