About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong backend foundation and solid DevOps expertise who can also own the technical architecture of our products. This is a hybrid role, roughly 60% full stack development(with backend as the core strength)and40%DevOps,infrastructure,andarchitecture.
Key Responsibilities
Backend Development(Core Strength)
- Design and build robust,scalable,and secure backend systems using Node.js,Express,andNestJS
- Architect REST/Graph QLAP Is,authentication/authorization systems,and datamodels
- Write efficient data base queries and designs chemas for both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Optimizebackendperformance,handlecaching,queuing,andhigh-concurrencyscenarios
- Ensurebackendcodefollowsbestpracticesforsecurity,scalability,andmaintainability
- ContributetobackendcodeinPythonandJavawhererequiredbyclientprojects
Frontend Development
- Build responsive, performant interfaces using React.js and Next.js
- Integrate frontend with backend APIs and ensure smooth dataflow
- Translatebusinessrequirementsintotechnicalspecificationsandproductarchitecture
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain coding standards
DevOps&Infrastructure
- Design,implement,andmaintainCI/CDpipelinesformultipleclientprojects
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS,GoogleCloud(GCP),andAzure
- Containerize applications using Docker;managedeployments
- ConfigureandmaintainNginx(reverseproxy,loadbalancing)andPM2forprocessmanagement
- Setupmonitoring,logging,alerting,andensurehighavailabilityofproductionsystems
- Own deployment strategy ,roll back plans,and incident response
Architecture
- Ownend-to-endarchitecturedecisionsfornewandexistingproducts,withparticularfocusonbackendandsystemdesign
- Evaluate and recommend tech stack choices for new projects
- Identify technicall debt and proactively propose solutions
- Ensuresecuritybestpracticesacrossapplicationandinfrastructurelayers
- Actasatechnicalpointofcontactforarchitecturediscussions,includingwithclientswhenneeded
Required Skills &Experience

- 5-8yearsofprofessionalexperienceinfullstackwebdevelopment,withstrong,demonstrablebackendexpertise
- Expert-levelhands-onexperiencewithNode.js,Express.js,NestJS,TypeScript,JavaScript
- Strongunderstandingofbackendarchitecturepatterns:RESTAPIdesign,microservices,authentication/authorization(JWT,OAuth),caching,queuing
- Strongunderstandingofdatabases(SQLandNoSQL,e.g.PostgreSQL,MySQL,MongoDB)includingschemadesignandqueryoptimization
- Solid front end experience with React.js andNext.js
- SolidworkingknowledgeofPythonand/orJava(usedacrossclientprojects)

- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code(Terraform,CloudFormation,Pulumi)
- Experiencewithmessagequeues(RabbitMQ,Kafka,SQS)andevent-drivenarchitecture
- Experienceworkinginanagency/servicesmodelhandlingmultipleconcurrentclientprojects
- Prior experience as a Solution Architect or similar senior ICrole
- Experience with API gateway design and rate limiting
