About the Internship
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Website Development Intern to join our development team. This internship provides hands-on experience in website design, front-end development, website maintenance, and web application development. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in web technologies and a willingness to learn and work on live projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining websites and web applications.
- Work on website layouts, responsive designs, and user interface improvements.
- Develop web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
- Test websites across different devices and browsers.
- Update website content and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement project requirements.
- Optimize websites for performance, speed, and user experience.
- Learn and follow industry best practices in web development.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Understanding of website structure, hosting, and domain concepts.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap, jQuery, WordPress, or similar technologies is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong willingness to learn new technologies and development practices.
- Candidates must have their own laptop.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of a Website Development, Web Designing, Computer Science, Software Development, or related course.
- Knowledge of backend development technologies such as PHP, MySQL, Laravel, Node.js, Python, ASP.NET, or similar frameworks will be an added advantage.
- Experience with Git, version control systems, or personal web development projects is a plus.
- Portfolio, GitHub profile, or sample websites developed will be an added advantage.
