With 25+ years of industry experience and 150,000+ kiosk deployments worldwide, it serves customers across government, banking, airports, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, education, and other enterprise sectors.

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to work remotely and drive new business opportunities, acquire customers, develop strategic relationships, and achieve revenue targets. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and order closure.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

● Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned industries and markets

● Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email campaigns, exhibitions, and other channels

● Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets

● Identify opportunities for interactive kiosks, software, AI, IoT, Cloud, hardware, and customized technology solutions

● Convert qualified leads into meetings, proposals, negotiations, and successful business closures

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

● Build relationships with CXOs, business heads, IT heads, procurement teams, government officials, and other key decision-makers

● Conduct virtual and in-person client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations as required

● Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to propose suitable solutions

● Manage proposals, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and order closures

● Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business

Sales Coordination & Reporting

● Coordinate remotely with pre-sales, software, hardware, manufacturing, finance, and operations teams

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the company's CRM system

● Track leads, opportunities, proposals, negotiations, and closures

● Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and pipeline reports

● Participate in regular virtual meetings, sales reviews, and performance discussions

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

● Monthly and annual revenue achievement

● New customer acquisition

● Qualified leads and conversion rates

● Sales pipeline value and opportunity closure

● Number of client meetings, presentations, and proposals

● Average order value and profitability

● Timely CRM updates and sales reporting

● Repeat business and customer retention

Required Skills & Experience

● 5–8 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, Hardware Sales, or Solution Sales

● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (mandatory)

● Fluency in Hindi and/or the assigned regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, or Gujarati) preferred

● Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and business closures

● Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills

● Ability to conduct virtual sales meetings and presentations effectively

● Experience using CRM systems and managing a remote sales pipeline

● Strong commercial and business acumen with a target-oriented approach

● Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote work environment

● Willingness to travel occasionally for important client meetings, demonstrations, exhibitions, or business requirements

Education

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline

● MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be an added advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

● Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets

● Experience in acquiring new enterprise or corporate clients

● Strong ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle

● Comfortable with cold calling, virtual meetings, and direct client prospecting

● Experience in technology, software, hardware, kiosk, or enterprise solution sales preferred

● Highly proactive, result-oriented, and accountable for assigned business targets

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
