Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounts Executive with 2+ years of relevant experience to independently handle day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), GST and TDS compliance.

The candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel and be capable of preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries.

Manage Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoices, payments and reconciliations.

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including customer invoices, collections and outstanding follow-up.

Handle GST-related accounting and compliance activities.

Handle TDS calculations, records and compliance activities.

Perform bank, customer and vendor reconciliations.

Prepare financial and accounting reports using MS Excel.

Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.

Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and information.

Visit the auditor's office in Coimbatore, whenever required, for audit and accounting-related activities.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting.

Good practical knowledge of Bookkeeping, AP, AR, GST and TDS.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, including preparing financial reports.

Experience with gimbooks / Zoho Books / QuickBooks will be an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage accounting activities with minimal supervision.

Candidate should be based in Coimbatore, as occasional travel to the auditor's office may be required

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
