Role Overview
We are seeking a highly competent Laravel with proven experience in building and scaling CRM / ERP systems. The role demands strong backend architecture capabilities, structured database design, and performance optimization skills.
This is not a basic Laravel role — we are looking for someone who understands enterprise-level workflows, handles large datasets efficiently, and can contribute to long-term product scalability.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and scale CRM / ERP modules using Laravel
- Refactor legacy systems into clean, modular architecture
- Implement chunk-based data processing, background jobs, and queue management
- Optimize performance for large datasets (100K+ records)
- Design scalable multi-tenant SaaS architecture
- Improve database structure, indexing, and query efficiency
- Implement secure APIs and third-party integrations
- Work within structured Git workflows and documentation standards
- Participate in architectural decision-making
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Advanced Laravel experience (latest versions preferred)
- Hands-on CRM / ERP system development experience
- Deep understanding of:
- Eloquent ORM optimization
- Database indexing & normalization
- Chunk processing (chunk(), cursor(), lazy collections)
- Queue systems (Redis / Supervisor)
- RESTful API design
- Strong MySQL / MariaDB experience
- Experience in SaaS multi-tenancy architecture
- Git version control proficiency
- Strong debugging and code optimization skills
Nice to Have (Strong Advantage)
- Experience with Node.js (Express.js / Nest.js)
- Experience in full-stack architecture (API + frontend separation)
- Redis / caching strategies
