Full job description

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Software Engineers and Technology Consultants with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience for freelance project-based engagements with enterprise clients across India.

This is not a full-time role. You choose your projects, work on your schedule, and engage with multiple clients—all remotely.

What You Will Do

Develop, maintain, and support enterprise software applications and digital solutions
Independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions
Collaborate remotely with client teams and stakeholders
Document technical solutions, implementation details, and best practices
Own end-to-end project assignments with minimal supervision

Who We Are Looking For

Minimum 3 years of hands-on software development or technology consulting experience (Mandatory)
Proven track record of delivering enterprise software projects
Experience in frontend, backend, full stack, mobile, AI/ML, cloud, DevOps, data engineering, QA, cybersecurity, UI/UX, or related technology domains
Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset
Currently working as a freelancer, independent consultant, or open to part-time project engagements

We are NOT looking for freshers or candidates with less than 3 years of experience.
