About the Role

CSK Bio Consulting is looking for a motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) to join our HVAC facility maintenance team at the NIAB research campus, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. This is an entry-level, full-time opportunity ideal for fresh engineering graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a strong foundation in HVAC operations and institutional facility management. You will work under experienced engineers, gain hands-on exposure to advanced HVAC systems, and grow into a skilled HVAC professional in a structured environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and equipment at the facility
Monitor and ensure smooth day-to-day operation of HVAC installations
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC units
Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance on AC, heating, and ventilation systems
Respond to breakdown calls and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain accurate logs and records of services performed and parts used
Coordinate with facility management teams for planned maintenance activities
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and O&M protocols

Required Qualifications & Skills

ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or equivalent
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HVAC operation and maintenance
Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply
Knowledge of split AC, central AC, VRF/VRV systems, chillers, and ductwork
Familiarity with electrical wiring, BMS, and control panels
Exposure to institutional, laboratory, or commercial facility preferred
