About the Role
We are hiring BIM Coordinators / Project Leads who can manage coordination workflows, lead project-level BIM execution, and ensure high-quality deliverables across disciplines.
This role is ideal for professionals who can balance technical execution with project ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MEP BIM coordination across multiple disciplines
- Manage clash detection and coordination meetings
- Review BIM models and ensure execution readiness
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
- Monitor BIM standards, workflows, and delivery timelines
- Support project planning, QA/QC, and issue resolution
Required Skills:
- Strong Revit & Navisworks expertise
- Experience leading BIM coordination workflows
- Ability to manage teams and project deliverables
- Strong understanding of construction coordination processes
