Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer Intern to support the design team in a women’s apparel outsourcing setup. The intern will assist in design development, sampling coordination, trend research, and documentation to ensure commercially viable and production-friendly designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in design development for women’s apparel as per brand requirements.
- Support design development by creating mood boards and digital sketches in Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Assist in trend research, including fabrics, prints, colors, and silhouettes suitable for the target market.
- Coordinate with the sampling and production teams for sample development and approvals.
- Help in maintaining design documentation, including tech packs, sample records, and approvals.
- Support in fabric and accessory selection aligned with cost and design requirements.
- Assist in fit checks and sample reviews under guidance.
- Help update design and sample tracking sheets.
- Ensure designs are production-feasible in an outsourcing manufacturing environment.

Qualification
- Pursuing or completed:
- Fashion Design / Apparel Design
- Textile Design
- Diploma or Degree in Fashion / Apparel Design
- Any relevant field with strong interest in women’s fashion design
