JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Data Entry Operator

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to manage, update, verify, and maintain company data and records. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate sales, customer, inventory, booking, payment, and project-related data.

Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Management

Enter and update daily data accurately in Excel, CRM, and company databases.
Maintain records related to customers, leads, bookings, sales, inventory, payments, and collections.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Regularly update and maintain databases and records.
Identify and correct data discrepancies and duplicate entries.

Advanced Excel & MIS

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Create sales, collection, booking, inventory, and customer reports.
Use Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Work with:
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
INDEX-MATCH
Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
IF / IFS / SUMIF / SUMIFS / COUNTIF / COUNTIFS
Data Validation
Conditional Formatting
Excel Filters & Sorting
Text and Date functions
Duplicate removal and data cleaning
Basic Excel dashboards and reporting
Consolidate data from multiple Excel files/sheets.
Prepare management reports and presentations as required.

Real Estate Data Management

Maintain property/project-wise inventory records.
Update booking, cancellation, resale, and availability data.
Maintain customer and lead databases.
Track payment schedules, receipts, outstanding amounts, and collections.
Maintain broker/channel partner and sales team data.
Prepare project-wise and salesperson-wise performance reports.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Management teams for data requirements.

Reporting & Coordination

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Share accurate reports with management within defined timelines.
Maintain proper documentation and data backups.
Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify required information.
Maintain confidentiality of company and customer data.

Required Skills

Advanced Excel – Mandatory
Excellent typing and data-entry skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good numerical and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Good data verification and reconciliation skills.
Ability to handle large volumes of data.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Knowledge of CRM software will be an advantage.
Previous experience in Real Estate / Builder / Property / Construction industry will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of relevant experience in Data Entry / MIS / Back Office / Real Estate Operations.
Candidates with strong Advanced Excel and MIS reporting skills will be preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Data accuracy and error-free entry.
Timely completion of daily/monthly reports.
Accuracy of MIS reports.
Database maintenance and updating.
Inventory and booking data accuracy.
Timely reconciliation of data.
Compliance with reporting timelines.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Advanced Excel, comfortable working with large datasets, and capable of preparing accurate MIS reports. The candidate should have excellent attention to detail and preferably have experience handling real estate sales, customer, booking, inventory, and payment-related data.

Note: Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. Candidates without practical Advanced Excel knowledge will not be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
