Full job description

The Back Office Executive will support the company’s solar systems business in day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This full-time, on-site role is based in Vijayawada.
Working Hours:
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day back office and administrative operations.
Maintain customer, sales, project, and installation records.
Handle data entry and maintain accurate documentation.
Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other business documents.
Coordinate with sales teams regarding customer requirements and follow-ups.
Coordinate with technical and installation teams for project-related information.
Track solar system orders, materials, installation schedules, and project status.
Assist in coordinating solar installation-related activities and documentation.
Assist the procurement and finance teams with relevant documentation.
Maintain records of payments, expenses, invoices, and purchase documents.
Handle customer-related documentation and coordinate with the concerned teams for issue resolution.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Coordinate with technicians and installation teams whenever required.
Ensure company procedures and documentation standards are followed.
Support management and other departments with administrative and operational tasks.Identify opportunities to improve back office and operational processes.
Qualifications
Strong Back Office and administrative skills.
Good data management, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of sales and customer coordination.
Basic knowledge of invoices, expenses, payments, and financial documentation.
Ability to coordinate with sales, technical, installation, procurement, and finance teams.
Good computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Hands-on knowledge or practical experience in electrical work will be an added advantage.
Basic understanding of solar panels, inverters, batteries, electrical wiring, electrical components, and solar installation processes will be preferred.
Prior experience in back office, administration, sales support, electrical work, or a solar/renewable energy company will be an advantage.
** Electrical Engineering, Electrical Diploma, or a related field** is preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates who have a combination of back-office/administrative experience and basic electrical or solar system knowledge will be preferred. The ideal candidate should be organized, technically curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating between customers, sales teams, technicians, and management.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
