Key Responsibilities

Assist with candidate sourcing and screening.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain candidate and employee records.
Assist with onboarding and documentation.
Support the HR team with daily HR activities.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview and joining updates.
Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining trackers.
Support other HR and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Fresher with an interest in Human Resources.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
