Full job description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support inventory management and store operations for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should possess good computer skills, data entry accuracy, and the ability to maintain stock records and inventory data efficiently.

Note: During the training period, the selected candidate will be required to work from our Head Office(Kolkata)After successful completion of training, the candidate will be posted at the factory location (Hugli Chuchura).

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain inventory and stock records accurately.
Record inward and outward movement of materials and items.
Prepare stock reports, inventory statements, and data summaries.
Assist in receiving and issuing materials as per company procedures.
Conduct data verification to ensure accuracy of records.
Support physical stock verification and inventory audits.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Stores, and Operations departments.
Monitor stock levels and update inventory databases regularly.
Manage emails and maintain electronic records and documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in company systems.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of Internet Browsing and Email Management.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Basic understanding of inventory and stock management.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
3-5 years of experience in Data Entry, Inventory Management, Back Office Operations, or Store Administration preferred.
Higher Secondary (12th Pass) / Graduate.
1–3 years of experience in Data Entry, Inventory Management, Back Office Operations, or Store Administration preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
