Veridia Labs is seeking highly qualified Field Applications Scientists with doctoral-level expertise to serve as technical experts and trusted advisors for our precision medicine and molecular diagnostics platforms across India. You will bridge cutting-edge genomic science with clinical and research applications, working directly with key opinion leaders, research institutions, hospitals, and biopharma partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical consultant for precision medicine and multi-omics solutions across assigned territories
- Deliver scientific presentations, workshops, and training programs for clinical and research audiences
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including experimental design consultation and data interpretation
- Collaborate with product and commercial teams to translate customer needs into actionable product and service enhancements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, principal investigators, and laboratory directors
- Represent Veridia Labs at scientific conferences, symposia, and industry events
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and work cross-functionally to resolve them
- Conduct competitive intelligence and contribute to market development strategies
- Stay current with scientific literature, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in precision medicine and molecular diagnostics
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Genomics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related life sciences discipline
- 3–6 years of post-doctoral experience in genomics, NGS, molecular diagnostics, or translational research
- Demonstrated expertise in genomic technologies (NGS, dPCR, Sanger sequencing, multiplex PCR etc.)
- Strong understanding of oncology biology, biomarker discovery, or precision medicine workflows
- Excellent scientific communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel extensively (60–70%) across assigned territories
- Fluency in English; proficiency in regional languages is a plus
Desired Skills
- Prior experience in a field applications, customer-facing, or technical sales role
- Hands-on experience with bioinformatics tools and genomic data analysis pipelines
- Background in oncology, rare diseases, or pharmacogenomics applications
- Familiarity with Indian healthcare and research ecosystems
- Track record of publications in peer-reviewed journals
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
