Key Responsibilities:

1. Day-to-Day Administrative Operations

Manage and support daily administrative and operational activities of the Bhavnagar office
Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and operational support
Maintain records of office activities, assets, and documentation
Manage scheduling, meetings, and internal coordination tasks
Ensure proper upkeep of office files, records, and administrative systems

2. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and statutory requirements
Maintain and update compliance records, licenses, and approvals
Assist in preparing documents required for audits, inspections, and regulatory filings
Maintain proper documentation and filing systems for administrative records

3. Client & Vendor Communication

Act as a point of contact for administrative communication with clients and vendors
Handle email correspondence professionally and in a timely manner
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, service delivery, and issue resolution
Maintain updated records of vendor contracts, agreements, and communications
Support negotiation follow-ups and documentation with external stakeholders

4. Drafting & Documentation

Draft formal emails, letters, agreements, and administrative documents
Prepare client proposals, vendor contracts, and internal communication documents
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism in all written communication
Maintain proper filing and version control of all documents
Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and administrative presentations

5. Operations Handling & Data Management

Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow coordination
Maintain and update operational data, records, and reports accurately
Handle data entry and ensure timely updating of company databases and documentation systems
Track operational tasks, pending activities, and status updates
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of operational and administrative information
Assist management with operational reporting and data analysis as required

6. Monitoring & Reporting

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
