Position Overview

Saheli Jewellers is seeking an experienced and customer-centric Floor Manager to oversee showroom floor operations, lead the sales team, and ensure an exceptional luxury retail experience. The role requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and a keen understanding of premium customer service standards within a jewellery retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Showroom Operations & Team Leadership

Oversee daily showroom floor operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Lead, supervise, and motivate sales executives and support staff to achieve operational and sales objectives.
Ensure staff adherence to grooming standards, behavioural protocols, and company policies.
Monitor staff attendance, shift scheduling, and floor allocation.

Customer Experience & Sales Support

Deliver a high-quality customer experience by guiding customers through product selection and addressing queries professionally.
Support sales conversions, billing coordination, and after-sales service resolution.
Handle customer concerns and complaints with discretion and escalate to management when required.
Assist in achieving showroom sales targets and executing promotional activities.

Visual Merchandising & Inventory Coordination

Ensure proper jewellery display, visual merchandising, and overall showroom aesthetics in line with brand standards.
Coordinate with back-office and inventory teams for stock availability, movement, and reconciliation support.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare and submit daily floor reports related to sales performance, staff productivity, and customer feedback.
Act as a communication bridge between showroom staff and senior management.

Qualifications & Experience

Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Minimum experience as a Floor Manager, Showroom Supervisor, or Retail Manager (jewellery industry preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
