Key Responsibilities

Safely drive the Director and authorized personnel to office, meetings, airport, hospital visits, and other official locations.
Maintain proper knowledge and handling of luxury vehicles including Mercedes, BMW, and Audi.
Ensure timely reporting and availability as per the Director’s schedule and travel requirements.
Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism regarding official and personal matters.
Coordinate with administration for vehicle servicing, insurance, pollution check, and maintenance schedules.
Be flexible for extended duty hours, emergency travel, and outstation duties whenever required.
