Currently we are seeking competent candidates with 3 to 12 years of experience for the position of Senior Java Developer.

Roles and responsibilities

The role involves being responsible for developing software applications using cutting edge technology to concert data driven decision making across domains including Health System Strengthening, Child Protection, Education, and other social sector initiatives. We are looking for people who love:

Need to be able to develop modules given the requirement and logic
Should be able to learn or adapt new skills with basic training
Should have fair understanding of DBMS
Should be able to use Bugzilla, SVN and STS
Knowledge in Frameworks such as Spring/Angular
Should be able to estimate the time and activity
Fair amount of knowledge in development and deployment tools
Need to have an understanding of libraries and Unit Testing tools
Knowledge in Building Scalable Java Microservices with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
Revise Code/Design standards whenever necessary
Knowledge of NoSql database

Key skills

Expert level skills with Adv. java
Expert level skills in J2EE and advanced frameworks such as Spring, Struts, Hibernate, JPA, Webservice
Proficient in core Java and Spring Framework.
Strong in database concepts.
Experimenting and mastering cutting edge technologies

Educational Qualification:

MCA/BE/B-Tech/M-Tech or any equivalent qualification.
