Full job description

Utility-scale solar project experience. Must lead overall site execution, coordinate MMS & module erection teams, manage 40–50 staff, ensure safety & quality, track progress, and handle client communication. Diploma/ITI Electrical/Mechanical, 2–5 yrs solar EPC experience required.Lead site execution for MMS assembly, module mounting, and electrical works, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion of Solar EPC/I&C projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise skilled workers/technicians for MMS and panel mounting.
Ensure compliance with safety standards (PPE, siite safety protocol).
Conduct daily site reporting and progress tracking against targets.
Coordinate with Project Manager and ground team for manpower and logistics.
Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
Manage site infrastructure (container office, worker accommodation, sanitation).
Motivate and discipline labour teams to ensure productivity and retention.
Support commissioning activities and quality inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory; Mechanical diploma acceptable if with solar/site experience).
2–5 years of site supervision experience in solar/I&C or construction projects.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to stay at remote project sites for extended durations

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
