Position: Technical Support Coordinator
Location: Kannur, Kerala
Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Coordinator to act as a key point of coordination between clients and the technical team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client concerns, communicating them clearly to the technical team, following up on issue resolution, and keeping clients updated throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary coordination point between clients and the technical team.
Receive and understand client-reported issues, requirements, and support requests.
Communicate client issues and requirements clearly to the technical team.
Coordinate with technical support staff to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Follow up with the technical team on pending issues and provide regular updates to clients.
Monitor support requests from reporting to resolution and closure.
Communicate technical updates and solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Prioritize and escalate critical issues when required.
Maintain proper records of client complaints, issues, and resolutions.
Coordinate client meetings, technical discussions, and follow-ups when required.
Ensure effective communication and smooth coordination between clients and internal teams.
Prepare and share regular support status reports with management.
Maintain good client relationships through timely communication and follow-up.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of software applications and technical concepts.
Ability to understand client issues and communicate them effectively to technical teams.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize issues.
Strong customer-handling skills.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Knowledge of ERP/Odoo or other business software will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in technical support, application support, client coordination, customer support, or a similar role.

Preferred Candidate

Experience working as a Technical Support Coordinator, Application Support Executive, Client Support Executive, or similar role.
Strong ability to coordinate between clients and technical/development teams.
Responsible, organized, and proactive in following up on issues.
