Company: Moople Institute of Animation & Design
Experience Required: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, career counselling, telesales, or admissions counselling in the education sector. Candidates from other industries with strong telesales experience may also apply.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Career Counsellor / Telecounsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to guide students regarding career opportunities, and a proven track record in lead conversion and achieving admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to promote our multimedia and career-oriented courses.
Counsel students over the phone regarding career opportunities, course details, and program suitability.
Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into admissions through effective communication and relationship building.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual admission and sales targets.
Understand students’ strengths, interests, and career aspirations to recommend the most suitable programs.
Provide accurate information about courses, career prospects, fees, and admission procedures.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and nurture leads until conversion.
Update and maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM portal.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status and admission performance.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication and counselling skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve admission targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Passion for guiding students and helping them make informed career decisions.
