We are looking for a highly data-driven and growth-focused Performance Marketing Manager to lead subscriber acquisition, paid growth, audience segmentation, attribution, and creative performance for Chaupal’s OTT platform. The role requires ownership of end-to-end inorganic growth across digital channels, performance analytics, martech stack, creative strategy, and funnel optimisation to drive scalable subscriber and revenue growth across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities1. Inorganic Growth & Paid Channel Management
- Own end-to-end subscriber acquisition strategy across paid and performance marketing channels.
- Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, X (Twitter), Pinterest, ShareChat, Moj, Josh, and emerging platforms.
- Identify and test new growth opportunities, channels, and acquisition formats.
- Lead DSP and programmatic advertising strategy through platforms like DV360, The Trade Desk, etc.
- Build and manage affiliate marketing programs, partnerships, and performance-driven collaborations.
- Execute performance-focused influencer campaigns and referral programs.
2. Performance Analytics & Funnel Optimisation
- Own campaign performance tracking and marketing analytics across the full funnel.
- Analyse user journey from install → trial → paid → retention → renewal.
- Build audience cohorts and segmentation using CleverTap, Firebase, Metabase, and internal BI tools.
- Identify drop-offs, optimisation opportunities, and acquisition quality insights.
- Create weekly/monthly dashboards covering CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, CLTV, retention, and conversion metrics.
- Translate data insights into actionable growth recommendations.
3. Martech, Attribution & Tracking
- Manage attribution setup using AppsFlyer or equivalent MMP platforms.
- Ensure accurate tracking, pixel implementation, deep linking, and UTM governance.
- Maintain data hygiene across all marketing and analytics tools.
- Evaluate and implement new martech solutions including AI bidding tools, CDPs, fraud detection, creative intelligence tools, and optimisation platforms.
- Work closely with tech teams to resolve tracking and instrumentation issues.
4. Creative Strategy & Ad Performance
- Own performance ad creative strategy across all paid platforms.
- Develop platform-specific creative approaches for Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, Display, and OTT ads.
- Create detailed briefs for video and design teams with clear performance objectives.
- Approve all ad creatives before launch.
- Build structured A/B testing frameworks for creatives, messaging, hooks, thumbnails, and CTAs.
- Monitor creative fatigue and drive regular creative refresh cycles.
5. Ad Content & Campaign Planning
- Oversee production of all performance marketing creatives including:
- Reels and short-form videos
- Static creatives and banners
- Motion graphics
- Carousel ads
- Story ads
- Video thumbnails
- Align ad content calendars with OTT content launches and campaign schedules.
- Ensure sufficient creative output for continuous testing and optimisation.
- Maintain a repository of high-performing ad creatives and campaign learnings.
6. Audience Strategy & Market Segmentation
- Define and optimise audience segmentation across domestic and international markets.
- Build acquisition strategies for diaspora audiences in Canada, UK, USA, and Australia.
- Develop platform-wise retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
- Adapt acquisition strategies based on privacy updates, targeting restrictions, and platform changes.
- Identify new audience opportunities and underserved user segments.
7. Budget & Revenue Performance Management
- Manage monthly and quarterly paid marketing budgets.
- Monitor spend pacing, budget utilisation, and efficiency across channels.
- Optimise budget allocation based on channel performance and ROI.
- Provide forecasting and budget recommendations to leadership teams.
- Ensure efficient CAC and scalable subscriber growth.
8. Agency & Partner Management
- Manage external agencies, affiliate partners, DSP teams, freelancers, and vendors.
- Define KPIs, campaign goals, and performance expectations.
- Evaluate partner performance and recommend improvements or changes.
- Coordinate commercials and negotiations with leadership.
9. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product, Content, Tech, Analytics, and Creative teams.
- Align campaigns with content releases, platform features, and business goals.
- Communicate tracking, landing page, and deep-linking requirements proactively.
- Present campaign performance, insights, and growth opportunities to leadership.

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in OTT, Media, Entertainment, Gaming, or Consumer Apps.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, DSPs, and app acquisition campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer, Firebase, CleverTap, GA4, and attribution platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Understanding of OTT subscription funnels, retention strategies, and cohort analysis.
- Experience handling large-scale paid marketing budgets.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and creative strategy skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
