Full job description

The Medical Officer is responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, ensuring accurate diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up. The role involves managing outpatient services, maintaining clinical standards, and supporting overall patient care operations within the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient consultations and clinical examinations
Diagnose illnesses and prescribe appropriate medications and treatments
Provide emergency medical care when required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Monitor patient progress and ensure proper follow-up care
Adhere to clinical protocols and treatment guidelines
Coordinate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
Educate patients on preventive healthcare and lifestyle modifications
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
Participate in health camps, awareness programs, and outreach activities

Qualifications & Requirements

MBBS degree from a recognized institution
Valid Medical Council Registration (TCMC preferred)
Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience (freshers can be considered)
Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in outpatient department (OPD) management
Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Ability to handle emergency cases efficiently
Patient-centered approach and empathy

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
