Full job description

We are looking for a dedicated and competent Resident Medical Officer to join our clinical team. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, supporting consultants, and ensuring adherence to institutional clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities:

* Provide OPD consultations and patient treatment

* Conduct online consultations through approved telemedicine platforms

* Manage medical emergencies and casualty cases

* Perform patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care

* Assist senior consultants during patient management and procedures

* Escalate critical or high-risk cases as per clinical protocol

* Coordinate with nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, and radiology teams

* Supervise junior medical and nursing staff

* Ensure compliance with SOPs, infection control policies, and clinical guidelines

Administrative & Professional Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

* Participate in medical camps, outreach programs, and community health initiatives

* Engage in CME, training programs, and professional skill development

* Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives

* Support emergency preparedness and disaster response planning

Digital Health & Confidentiality:

* Ensure proper documentation and informed consent during telemedicine consultations

Academic & Awareness Activities

* Participate in health awareness campaigns, public education programs, and institutional media activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
