Full job description

At Sheen AI, we’re transforming one of India’s oldest industries through technology. The jewellery industry has traditionally relied on complex and manual processes, and we’re building technology that brings greater organisation, efficiency, and scalability to the way jewellery businesses operate.

We’re looking for a Flutter Developer who enjoys solving real-world problems, takes ownership of their work, and is excited to grow in a fast-paced startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who can take features from development to delivery with minimal supervision and grow into a technical leadership role.

Location & Work Schedule

Location: Marine Lines East, Mumbai — opposite Kalbadevi Metro Station
Work Mode: Strictly Work From Office
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
2nd & 4th Saturdays: Off

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter
B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter
Good understanding of the complete mobile app development lifecycle
Experience building applications for Android and iOS
Strong understanding of UI/UX implementation and converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect interfaces
Experience with APIs, native integrations, animations, and performance optimisation
Ability to write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code
Experience with automated testing, unit testing, and source control
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to take ownership of tasks, work efficiently with minimal supervision, and meet deadlines
Strong team-player mindset with the ability to take technical ownership and lead a team when required

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality Flutter applications for Android and iOS
Build reusable and scalable UI components from Figma designs
Integrate APIs and native platform capabilities
Optimise application performance and ensure smooth user experiences
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues
Write automated and unit tests to maintain product quality
Follow best practices for source control, CI/CD, and development workflows
Maintain clear technical documentation for projects and features
Research and evaluate new technologies to improve product performance, security, and scalability
Work closely with product, design, and technical teams to build and launch new features
Take ownership of projects from development to delivery
