Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, preparing functional documentation, and ensuring successful delivery of software solutions across domains such as FinTech, Banking, Payments, SaaS, E-commerce, ERP, and CRM.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Prepare BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FRD (Functional Requirement Documents), User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams.
Conduct requirement elicitation workshops, stakeholder meetings, and gap analysis sessions.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development teams.
Create process flows, wireframes, workflows, and business models where required.
Coordinate with developers, QA teams, project managers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test scenario creation, and requirement validation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review meetings.
Analyze APIs and integration requirements and collaborate with technical teams for implementation.
Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Basic SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation.
Familiarity with Database Concepts and System Integrations.
Understanding of FinTech, Banking, Payments, SaaS, E-commerce, ERP, or CRM domains is preferred.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.
MBA/PGDM is preferred.

Have exposure to API integrations, payment systems, UPI, BBPS, or wallet platforms (preferred).

Preferred Candidate Profile

2–5 years of Business Analysis experience in software development projects.
Demonstrated experience in client interaction and requirement workshops.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong documentation and UAT coordination experience.
Stable career progression with proven project contributions.

Interested candidates should share their updated resume highlighting project experience, BRD/FRD samples (if available), domain expertise, tools used, and measurable contributions in previous roles.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
