We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager for our Piaggio Three Wheeler Authorized Service Center. The candidate will be responsible for managing complete workshop operations, customer satisfaction, team performance, service revenue, and maintaining Piaggio service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily workshop and service center operations efficiently.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through quality service and timely vehicle delivery.
- Monitor job card process, workshop productivity, and technician performance.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
- Achieve monthly service targets including labor sales, spare parts sales, and AMC targets.
- Maintain Piaggio service SOPs, warranty processes, and audit compliance.
- Coordinate with spare parts department for parts availability and inventory control.
- Train and guide service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety standards, and housekeeping.
- Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports and submit to management.
- Ensure proper implementation of warranty and goodwill policies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of automobile workshop operations.
- Experience in commercial vehicle or three-wheeler service management preferred.
- Good leadership and team handling skills.
- Strong customer handling and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of DMS software and basic computer operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in automobile service management.
- Experience in authorized dealership workshop will be an added advantage.

Candidates with experience in authorized automobile dealerships such as Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd., commercial vehicles, or three-wheeler workshops will be preferred.
