Full job description

We are looking for a smart and responsible person for front desk, patient coordination, WhatsApp handling, appointment management, and basic skin clinic assistance.

This is an important role in the clinic. The candidate should have good communication skills, common sense, confidence, and willingness to learn. Basic beauty, salon, skin clinic, receptionist, or patient handling experience will be preferred.

Training will be provided for clinic systems and basic skin/beauty assistance.

Candidate must be living near Naraina or nearby areas only. Candidates living very far from Naraina should not apply, because punctuality, late evening timing, and daily availability are important for this role.

Responsibilities

Handling front desk and patient reception.
Speaking politely with patients.
Managing appointments and patient waiting.
Handling WhatsApp messages and calls.
Patient follow-up and appointment confirmation.
Maintaining basic patient records.
Explaining clinic process and charges as trained.
Supporting doctor during patient flow.
Helping with basic skin/beauty clinic assistance after training.
Coordinating with medicine/operations staff.
Maintaining a professional and clean front desk.
Helping improve patient experience.

Requirements

Must be living near Naraina or nearby areas.
Must be smart, polite, and confident.
Must have good common sense.
Must be comfortable talking to patients.
Must know basic phone and WhatsApp usage.
Basic English reading/writing preferred.
Should be presentable and disciplined.
Should be willing to learn skin clinic work.
Should be comfortable with multitasking.
Prior receptionist, clinic, salon, beauty, dental clinic, or customer handling experience preferred.

Preferred Nearby Areas

Naraina, Naraina Village, Inderpuri, Mayapuri, Rajouri Garden, Patel Nagar, Shadipur, Kirti Nagar, Ramesh Nagar, Moti Nagar, or nearby areas.

Preferred Skills

Beauty, salon, skin clinic, or cosmetic procedure assistance experience.
Good patient handling and communication skills.
Basic computer/WhatsApp comfort.
Ability to manage front desk without constant supervision.
Interest in long-term growth.

Branch Duty

Main work location will be Naraina.

Vijay Enclave branch duty is not compulsory. If the candidate is comfortable and the clinic requires additional branch support, it may be offered separately with extra salary/allowance.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month depending on communication skills, experience, learning ability, patient handling, and additional responsibility if applicable.

Final salary will be decided after interview and trial.
