Job Location: New Delhi (Hybrid – Work from Office and Work from Home)

We are looking for a highly skilled professional who combines the strategic capabilities of a CX Solutions Consultant with hands-on expertise in Cisco UCCE and Webex Contact Center. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer-facing engagements and deep technical solutioning.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver end-to-end contact center solutions using Cisco UCCE, CCX, and Webex Contact Center platforms
Partner with clients to understand their customer experience goals and translate them into scalable, effective solutions
Lead pre-sales activities including solution design, product demonstrations, RFP responses, and customer presentations
Manage UCCE upgrades (e.g., 11.x to 12.x), and lead migrations from UCCE/CCX to Webex Contact Center
Implement CTI integrations, outbound campaigns, reporting, and automation workflows
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, delivery, and project management
Clearly communicate technical concepts and solution benefits to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Five to ten years of experience in contact center technologies, specifically Cisco UCCE, CCX, and cloud-based platforms
Three to five years of experience in CX pre-sales, solution consulting, or solution architecture
Proven expertise in UCCE design, upgrades, cloud migrations, and omnichannel deployments
Strong experience with CRM integration, campaign management, and contact center reporting
Two to three years of project management experience with an ability to manage timelines, resources, and client expectations
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Cisco certifications such as CCNP Collaboration or UCCE Specialist
Experience with AI, chatbots, and robotic process automation (RPA) in contact center environments
Immediate joiners will be preferred
