Job Title: Marketing Executive – Sales Coordination & Customer Support

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support our sales and marketing operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing customer interactions, sales coordination, quotations, order processing, dispatch planning, and overall backend marketing activities. This position requires excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills to ensure seamless customer service and order execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on customer quotations.
- Coordinate order processing, dispatch schedules, and documentation activities.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding inquiries, orders, deliveries, and commercial matters.
- Track customer orders from enquiry stage through delivery and payment realization.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Purchase, Stores, Service, and Finance departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, dispatches, payments, and customer communications.
- Generate and maintain MIS reports, sales reports, and customer databases.
- Assist the sales team in lead management, customer follow-ups, and business development activities.
- Support marketing initiatives, exhibitions, customer visits, and promotional activities as required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication and issue resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Management, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Marketing Support, Customer Service, or Backend Sales Operations.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, engineering, CNC machine tools, or capital equipment industries will be preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, Email Communication, and ERP systems.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of quotation preparation, order management, and dispatch coordination.
- Customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Experience working with SAP or similar ERP platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
