About the Role
CB Physiotherapy is hiring a Senior Physiotherapist in Delhi for its clinic located in Safdarjung Enclave, South Delhi. This is a full-time physiotherapy job opportunity for a skilled and dedicated physiotherapist who wants to work in a professional clinic environment and grow in the field of advanced physiotherapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, spine care, sports injury rehabilitation, and patient-focused recovery.
The selected candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, planning physiotherapy treatments, delivering evidence-based care, maintaining clinical documentation, and supporting junior physiotherapists in day-to-day clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Physiotherapist at CB Physiotherapy, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting detailed physiotherapy assessments for patients with orthopedic, spine, sports injury, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Creating personalized treatment plans based on patient condition, pain level, mobility, strength, posture, and functional limitations.
- Providing advanced physiotherapy treatments including manual therapy, exercise therapy, electrotherapy, mobility training, strengthening, stretching, and rehabilitation programs.
- Monitoring patient progress regularly and modifying treatment plans when required.
- Maintaining accurate patient records, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
- Educating patients and families about recovery, posture correction, injury prevention, home exercises, and self-care.
- Working closely with the clinical team to maintain high-quality patient care.
- Guiding and mentoring junior physiotherapists when required.
- Supporting clinic operations and ensuring a smooth patient experience.
- Participating in clinical quality improvement and continuous learning activities.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a physiotherapist in a clinic, hospital, rehabilitation center, or similar healthcare setup.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy. MPT / Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of orthopedic physiotherapy, spine rehabilitation, sports injury rehab, manual therapy, and exercise prescription.
- Strong patient assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a professional physiotherapy team.
- Basic knowledge of electronic medical records or clinic software.
- Commitment to patient care, professional growth, and continuous learning.
- Knowledge of chiropractic care or advanced treatment techniques will be an added advantage.
