Senior SAP Consultant – FICO | Implementation Lead

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Consultant with a strong SAP FICO background and proven expertise in SAP implementations, migrations, and transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP ECC / S/4HANA implementations, cross-functional integrations, stakeholder management, and project leadership.
This role requires a professional who can lead SAP delivery projects end-to-end, collaborate across modules, and contribute to large-scale business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAP ECC / S/4HANA implementation and migration projects
- Drive SAP solution delivery across finance and business functions
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver SAP solutions
- Handle SAP FICO processes including FI and CO modules
- Collaborate with MM, SD, PP, PM, and other modules for business process integration
- Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and system enhancements
- Support S/4HANA upgrades, migration planning, testing, UAT, and go-live activities
- Contribute to pre-sales discussions, effort estimation, and solution planning
- Mentor junior consultants and support team capability development
- Ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7–10 years of SAP consulting experience
- Strong expertise in SAP FICO
- Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects
- Hands-on experience in:
- FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)
- CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, COPA, Product Costing)
- Strong knowledge of MM, SD, and PP integrations
- Experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
- Exposure to SAP Cloud / S/4HANA Cloud environments preferred
- Strong client handling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading SAP modules, teams, or projects independently
