Role Overview
This role is ideal for fresh engineering graduates who are passionate about renewable energy and aspire to build a long-term consulting career in this fast-growing sector.
You will work alongside senior consultants and engineers on solar, wind, hydro, and hybrid power assignments, contributing to technical, financial, and sustainability-focused deliverables across India and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the preparation of feasibility studies, Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), and techno-commercial analyses.
- Conduct energy data analysis, performance benchmarking, and cost assessment.
- Prepare technical presentations, project documentation, and client reports.
- Undertake research on renewable energy technologies, government policies, and market trends.
- Participate in project review meetings, internal training sessions, and professional development programs.
Candidate Profile
Education:
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering with minimum First Class or above-average (7.00 CGPA).
Experience:
- Fresh graduates with excellent academic performance and strong analytical aptitude.
Skills:
- Analytical reasoning and numerical aptitude
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and report preparation
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Attributes:
- Hardworking, disciplined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

- Candidates from IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering backgrounds will not be considered.
