Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA)

Job Responsibilities

Provide administrative and professional support to senior management.
Manage the executive’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule.
Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and other official communications.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, documents, and MIS as required.
Coordinate with internal departments and external clients/vendors on behalf of the management.
Arrange business travel, hotel bookings, transportation, and meeting schedules.
Maintain confidential documents, records, and important company information.
Follow up on tasks, meetings, commitments, and pending activities to ensure timely completion.
Attend meetings, prepare minutes when required, and follow up on action points.
Assist management with day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion while handling sensitive information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification will be an advantage.
1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
Professional personality with good presentation and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with senior management.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
