About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – E-Commerce Support, you will handle operational and support-related interactions while assisting suppliers, vendors, and internal teams with issue resolution and process coordination. The role requires strong communication skills, logical reasoning, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced customer support environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer, supplier, or vendor-related support interactions professionally
Communicate clearly in Hindi and English across operational workflows
Analyze issues raised by suppliers or vendors and recommend appropriate resolutions
Maintain accurate operational records and support documentation
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution and process support
Use MS Office, Google Sheets, and related tools for reporting and operational tracking
Support operational processes while maintaining quality and productivity standards
Ensure a positive support experience through effective communication and problem-solving

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: XII pass
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory)
Regional language proficiency is an advantage
E-commerce experience or industry knowledge preferred
Hands-on experience with MS Office, Google Sheets, and related tools
Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities
Ability to understand operational issues and propose practical solutions
Good coordination, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced Work From Office (WFO) environment
