Executive to CEO

Location: Nedumbassery

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly professional and proactive Executive to CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide executive-level support to the CEO in daily business operations.
Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and business correspondence.
Attend meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
Assist in business planning, project coordination, and strategic initiatives.
Monitor and track key business activities, deadlines, and deliverables.
Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
Act as a communication bridge between the CEO and clients, vendors, and business partners.
Support special projects and perform administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
3–8 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Executive Secretary, or similar roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in the Tours & Travels, Hospitality, Aviation, or Service industry.
Strong presentation and business correspondence skills.
Experience coordinating with senior management and external stakeholders.
Knowledge of travel planning and itinerary management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
