Job Description
5 to 10 yrs Experience
Work as L3 support in production support engagement.
Experience supporting multiple applications in production environment, given the exposure to production systems, candidate should have excellent understanding of how production systems work
Strong debugging skills and experience doing root cause analyses and providing quicker workarounds and defect fixes
