Specialist Deputy Manager—Copywriter

The work you’ll do

Lead copy development for multi-asset campaigns across email, social, web, landing pages, advertising, and related marketing content.
Translate business objectives, audience insights, and strategy into differentiated messaging frameworks and campaign narratives.
Serve as a strategic partner to senior marketers and stakeholders by clarifying objectives, sharpening briefs, and recommending messaging approaches.
Present concepts and copy with confidence, manage reviews, and guide stakeholders through revisions.
Ensure consistency of voice, quality, and brand alignment across campaign components.
Use approved AI tools to accelerate concept exploration, audience adaptation, message testing, content reuse, and optimization, while maintaining accountability for judgment, compliance, tone, and final output quality.
Coach and mentor copywriters through structured feedback, editorial guidance, and quality oversight.
Identify opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and team efficiency through stronger processes and practical AI adoption.
Manage multiple high-visibility assignments independently and escalate risks early when priorities conflict.
Contribute to raising creative standards across the team.

Work timing: 2:00 PM–11:00 PM (IST)

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, English, or a related field; postgraduate qualification preferred.
9–12 years of relevant experience in agency, in-house creative, marketing, or copywriting roles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating high-impact campaign work across multiple channels.
Strong conceptual and strategic thinking, with the ability to balance creativity and business objectives.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with senior leaders and highly analytical stakeholders.
Strong editing, proofreading, and project management capability.
Experience in B2B, B2C or other complex-category marketing environments preferred.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools responsibly and effectively to improve quality, speed, and consistency.
